Kostas opened Solomon in 2013 with a straightforward premise: a foreign buyer in Greece should not have to juggle a broker, a lawyer, a tax advisor, a banker, and a manager. He spent the years that followed putting those roles under one roof, one hire at a time.
An economist by training, Greek-Turkish bilingual by upbringing, he still meets first-time clients on their opening Athens visit and signs the annual letter that goes out to each one.
