Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the content of your message.
Property request form: your name, contact details and the property preferences or enquiry details you choose to share with us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, certain technical data is collected automatically:

Your IP address, browser type, device and operating system information;
Pages viewed, time spent, referring pages and approximate location (derived from IP);
Data stored in or read from cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).

Property listings. The property listings shown on this site are supplied to us through a third-party listings API. This data concerns properties, not website visitors, and does not normally contain your personal data.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers (notably Google, Cloudflare and Resend) are based in or process data in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by appropriate safeguards — typically the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Brevo processes data within the EU.

7. How long we keep your data

Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
Contact & property-request enquiries: for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law.
Analytics data: retained according to our Google Analytics settings, typically 14 months.
Security/server logs: retained for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it securely.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you;
Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
Erase your data ("right to be forgotten");
Restrict or object to our processing;
Data portability — receive your data in a portable format;
Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing;
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Our site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 15 (the digital-consent age under Greek law). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
