Article 3 — Property listings and information
Property listings displayed on the Site are provided for general information only and are sourced, in whole or in part, from third-party data feeds and partners. While the Editor takes care to present accurate information, listings may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies, and details such as price, availability, dimensions and legal status may change or cease to be current.
Listings do not constitute an offer, a contractual commitment, or financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Any decision to purchase, invest or apply for a residence permit should be made only after independent verification and appropriate professional advice. The Editor does not guarantee the availability of any property or the outcome of any application or transaction.
Article 4 — Access and availability of the Site
The Editor seeks to keep the Site accessible at all times, subject to maintenance of the Site or the servers on which it is hosted. If the Site becomes unavailable for technical or other reasons, the User may not claim damages or compensation.
The Editor is bound by an obligation of means only and cannot be held responsible for harm arising from use of the internet, such as data loss, intrusion, viruses or service interruptions.
You agree to use the Site at your own risk and under your sole responsibility. The Site provides information for reference only, with the imperfections, errors or omissions that may exist. The Editor cannot be held responsible for: any direct or indirect damage (including loss of profit, earnings, clientele or data) arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site; or any malfunction, unavailability, misuse or improper configuration of the User's equipment or browser.
Article 5 — Hyperlinks
The Site may contain hyperlinks to other websites, including links to messaging services such as WhatsApp. The Editor does not control these external sites and cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss connected with their content, advertising or services, or arising from your visit to them.
If a hyperlink on the Site points to content that appears unlawful or non-compliant with applicable law, please contact the Editor at the address in Article 2 so the matter can be addressed.
Article 6 — Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, mainly to obtain browsing statistics and improve the User experience. Cookies used for analytics and advertising are set only after you give consent through the cookie banner; strictly necessary cookies (including a security cookie) operate without consent.
You can refuse or manage cookies through the Site's cookie settings or your browser configuration. Full details of the cookies used, their purposes and how to configure them are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Article 7 — Intellectual property
All elements of the Site (including its structure, text, graphics, logos and design) belong to the Editor or to third parties who have authorised their use. Property-listing content, images and photographs may belong to third-party providers or sellers and are used on the Site accordingly.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or distribution of the Site's content, in whole or in part, without the prior authorisation of the Editor or the relevant rights holder, is prohibited and may constitute infringement under Greek Law 2121/1993 on copyright and related rights, as well as applicable EU and trademark legislation.
The "Solomon United Realtors" name and any associated logos are protected. Unauthorised use may result in removal of access to the Site and possible legal action, without compensation to the User.
Article 8 — Liability
The Editor undertakes to provide clear, accurate and up-to-date information and to maintain the Site, but is bound by an obligation of means only. The Editor cannot be held responsible for:
- damage to the User's computer system or loss of data arising from use of the Site;
- unavailability of the Site or parts of it, whether due to force majeure, maintenance, updates, host intervention, network failure, strike or power outage;
- non-functioning or malfunction of the Site attributable to unsuitable equipment, improper configuration, the User's access provider, or the internet network.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.
Article 9 — Notifications and complaints
Any notice concerning these Terms or the Privacy Policy must be made in writing and sent by post or by email to the addresses in Article 2, stating the sender's name and contact details and the subject of the notice.
Any complaint relating to the Site or these Terms should be filed within a reasonable period from the date the issue arose. If you notice any inaccuracy, error or unauthorised modification on the Site, please contact the Editor with, where possible, a description of the issue and the relevant page address (URL).
Article 10 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and the Editor regarding use of the Site and may not be assigned or transferred by the User.
Article 11 — Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Where you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence within the European Union.
In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact the Editor first with a view to an amicable settlement before taking any legal action; a request for amicable settlement does not suspend any limitation period. Failing amicable resolution, disputes will be subject to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
